Sessions: Choose between a single session or a 3-session package (each session is 60 minutes via Zoom).
Structure:
After each session, you’ll receive a recording of the session, a PDF summary with step-by-step instructions, and practical assignments to complete before the next meeting. These tasks are designed to help you practice, gather materials, and build real confidence through your own work.
